BOWEN, PRESIDING JUDGE Josh B. Washington was indicted for possession of cocaine. He filed a pre-trial motion to suppress the cocaine, alleging
that its seizure was the result of an illegal detention and search. After an evidentiary hearing, the trial court entered
an order granting the motion to suppress. The State appeals from this order, pursuant to Rule 15.7, A.R.Crim.P. The judgment
of the trial court is affirmed.
