defendant guilty of criminal possession of narcotics in violation of Minn. St. 618.02. On April 26, 1966, George C. Bendt, supervisor of the Narcotics Division of the Minneapolis Police Department, and several
other police officers were issued a warrant to search for narcotics at Apartment 5, 911 East 21st Street, Minneapolis, on
the basis of Bendt's supporting affidavit, which stated:
